Asian Glazed Turkey Roast
Turkey roast flavored with a baked-on glaze of hoisin sauce and barbecue sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1 3lbs, thawed boneless breast of turkey roast
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Steps:

Preheat oven to 325° F. |

Combine hoisin sauce and barbecue sauce in small bowl; stir until blended. |

Remove roast from package; pat dry with paper towels. Discard gravy packet or refrigerate for another use. Lift string netting and shift position on roast for easier removal after cooking. Spread 1 tablespoon sauce mixture on underside of roast. |

Place roast, sauce side down, on flat roasting rack in roasting pan about 3 inches deep. Spread remaining sauce over top of roast. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 1-3/4 to 2 hours, or until meat thermometer inserted in center of roast reaches 170° F. |

Let roast stand 10 minutes before removing string netting and carving. |
