Founded in 1979, Cumberland Gap Provision produces hams, sausages, and other specialty packaged meats at its plant in Middlesboro, Kentucky. Products are smoked using 100-percent genuine hickory wood. Cumberland Gap makes the best-selling semi-boneless ham in the United States and serves some of the nation's largest supermarket chains with branded and private-label products.
